How this website collects, uses and protects your data: what the booking form stores, which analytics run only with your consent, and how to ask us to delete it.

1. What we collect
When you book a call, we collect the answers you pick in the form (what you need, company size, industry and timeline), your company name and the email address or phone number you give us.
We also store the page you booked from, the site language, your browser type and the date and time of the request. Your IP address is held in memory for up to one hour to block spam and is never saved.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects how you use the site, such as pages visited, clicks and device type. See the cookie policy for details.
2. How we use it
We use your booking details only to contact you about the call you asked for and to prepare for it. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to a mailing list.
We use analytics data, only when you allow it, to understand which pages help visitors and to improve the site.
3. Where it is stored and for how long
Booking requests are stored in a database on our own server and sent by email to our team. We keep them for as long as we are in contact about a project, and for up to two years after that, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Analytics data is kept by Google and Microsoft under their own retention settings.
4. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you at any time by writing to hello@seeyourbusiness.online. We reply within 30 days.
You can withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.
